Ingredients (white chocolate frosting):
125 g white chocolate
1,5 cup heavy cream
0.5 tsp agar agar powder
Do this:
1. Finely chop the white chocolate.
2. Pour the cream into a saucepan and simmer over low heat. It must not boil, so keep an eye on it all the time!
3. When the cream has become hot, add the agar agar powder and stir until the powder is completely melted into the cream.
4. Remove the pan from the heat and add the white chocolate. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
5. Pour the frosting in a bowl, wrap with plastic and let stand in the refrigerator overnight or at least 4 hours.
6. Whip up when you want to use and decorate your cupcakes with it!
Ingredients (raspberry muffins):
25 g butter
1,75 cups flour
1 cups granulated sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
0,5 cups milk
1 egg
0,5 cups frozen raspberries
Do this:
1. Preheat the oven to 437 F.
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Put aside.
3. Mix flour, granulated sugar, salt and baking powder in a bowl. Add the melted butter and mix.
4. In another bowl, whisk together egg and milk. Then pour this down in the flour, stirring.
5. Finally add in the frozen raspberries and mix gently.
6. Distribute the batter into cupcake cases and bake in middle of oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Let the muffins cool completely before decorating with frosting.

Hej, jag bakade dessa muffinsen och hade med på picknick, men utan toppingen. De var goda men något torra. Stämmer det att det bara ska vara 25 g smör?
