This recipe is the basic recipe and enough for two servings. I chose to flavour mine with 75 grams of dark chocolate that I melted over a water but you can of course have any flavor you want. What about raspberries or lemon zest? Try anything you like!
Ingredients:
1 can of coconut milk each 400 ml (not light)
1 teaspoon honey (can be replaced with agave syrup vegan)
1 vanilla pod
1 teaspoon agar powder
Do this:
1. Add the coconut milk (without water), agar agar, and honey in a saucepan. Cut the vanilla bean and scrape the seeds into the pan and also add the vanilla pod.
2. Allow everything to boil and remove from the heat as soon as everything has started to boil. Then let the panna cotta mixture simmer for a few minutes. Put in optional seasoning and mix well.
3. Pour batter into optional serving glass and let the panna cotta solidify in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
