Ingredients (Marabou Oreo frosting):
246 g Marabou chocolate oreo pieces (6 pieces à 41 g)
1,25 cups whipping cream
Do this:
1. Chop the chocolate coarsely and place in a saucepan with the cream.
2. Heat over medium heat and stir constantly until all the chocolate has melted completely in whipped cream. It should not boil!
3. Pour into a bowl and let cool completely in the refrigerator (at least 4 hours) before you whisk up and decorate your cupcakes with it.
Ingredients (chocolate cupcakes with Dulche de leche):
75 g butter
0.5 teaspoon vanilla
0,5 cup water
0,75 cups milk
1 egg
1,25 cups flour
0,5 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cups granulated sugar
0.5 can caramelized milk / Dulche de leche à 397 g
Do this:
1. Preheat the oven to 347 F.
2. Distribute cupcake cases in a muffin pan.
3. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
4. Add the vanilla sugar, water, milk and eggs to the butter.
5. Mix the flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and sprinkle with sugar, and sift down into the butter mixture.
6. Whisk until smooth.
7. Bake in middle of oven for about 15 minutes.
8. Allow the muffins to cool completely and then scoop out some of the middle (not all the way down to the bottom), with for example a spoon.
9. Fill the holes with Dulche de leche and top your cupcakes with Marabou Oreo frosting, fresh berries, french macarons, Ferrero Rocher, or anything else that will spice up your cupcakes a little extra.
