100 g dark chocolate (at least 80% cocoa content)
1/4 cups Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon nut butter (I used almond butter but peanut or sesame butter is of course also good)
crushed almonds for garnish
1. Roughly chop the chocolate and melt over a water bath or in the microwave.
2. Place all the ingredients in a bowl, including the melted chocolate and mix until smooth.
3. Set the bowl in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the mixture has solidified to a consistency that you can shape it into balls.
4. Roll into balls, garnish if desired, and serve immediately!
