If you want, you can serve this nugget with a dollop of sour cream and some berries!
3 tablespoons cocoa powder or 50g melted dark chocolate (80% cocoa content)
1/4 cups coconut milk (optional, but makes the cake extra moist)
1. Mix together all ingredients with a hand blender or in a regular blender.
2. Pour the batter into heat resistant molds or cups.
3. Heat one at a time in the microwave on high heat in 90-120 seconds.
Can be eaten immediately or stored in the refrigerator to be eaten later!
