Nu vart det länge sen jag delade med mig av ett hälsosammare recept så jag kände att det var dags! Till kvällens efterrätt blir det den här krämiga och riktigt goda avocadoglassen som är helt utan vitt socker och mejeriprodukter. Dessutom behöver du bara 4 ingredienser för att göra den. Hur bra?

It’s been a while now since I shared a healthy recipe with you so I felt it was about time today! For tonight’s dessert, I’ll be serving this creamy and delicious avocado ice cream that is free from white sugar and dairy products. Moreover, you only need 4 ingredients to make it. How good? Serves 2 portions.
Ingredients (healthy avocado ice cream):
2 avocados
4 soft dates
1 can of coconut milk à 400 ml (not the light one, and not the water)
1 teaspoon lemon juice

I also chose to flavor my avocado ice cream with 0.5 tsp pure vanilla powder!
Do this:
1. Share and seed avocado. Scoop out the avocado and place the contents into a bowl.
2. Remove the core of the dates and place together with the avocado. Add coconut milk and lemon juice. Also flavour with vanilla powder if you like.
3. Mix it all together with a hand blender until you get a smooth batter and pour over the ice cream in a plastic jar with a lid. Let stand in refrigerator at least 4 hours before serving.
