Mums!
2 pinches of ground cinnamon
2 pinches ground ginger
2 pinches of cardamom
2 tsp vanilla aroma (non-alcoholic)
1 dl milk
100g room tempered butter
2.25 dl granulated sugar
2 large eggs
4 dl all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Do this:
1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees celsius, and put 12 muffin cases in a muffin pan.
2. Pour the milk into a saucepan and add the spices. Heat the milk and remove from the heat as soon as you see that it begins to boil. Pour into a bowl and let cool.
3. Whisk the butter and sugar to a fluffy consistensy. Then add one egg at a time, while continuing beating.
4. Add the milk to the butter and sugar and whisk some more until you get a smooth batter.
5. Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl and sift them into the batter. Turn gently with a spatula until all mixed well.
6. Bake your cupcakes in the middle of the oven for 25-30 minutes or until they get a nice color.
7. Top with heavy cream, cocoa and fresh berries!
Så fina cupcakes 😀
