Ingredients (vanilla pannacotta with Dulche de leche Swirl):
2.5 cups whipping cream
1.25 teaspoon of agar agar powder (or 1.5 cups sugar jelly multi, omit, then sprinkle with sugar)
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla powder
grated zest of 1 lemon
0.5-1 cup Dulche de leche (I used Baking from the Pampas Deli which is thicker in texture and ideal for swirl).
Do this:
1. Boil the whipping cream, agar agar, powdered sugar and vanilla powder in a saucepan while stirring constantly.
2. Remove the pan from the heat and add the lemon zest.
3. Pour the panna cotta filling into 6 serving glasses. Let cool the panna cotta cool to room temperature before adding a little Dulche de leche in each glass and stir to get a nice swirl.
4. Let the glasses with pannacotta stand at least 2 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
