Ingredients (4 watermelon lollipops):
4 slices of watermelon in any shape and size
50 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa content)
1/4 cup optional roasted nuts (I used pistachios)
1. Let watermelon slices remain on paper towels for a minute on each side to remove excess liquid. Place the slices in the refrigerator on a plate.
2. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or over a water bath. Chop the nuts coarsely.
3. Cut a small slit in the middle of the shell of each watermelon slice and put a popsicle stick through it.
4. Drizzle dark chocolate on the slize and sprinkle nuts on the melted chocolate. Can be served immediately!
