4 soft dates
1 can of coconut milk à 400 ml (not the light one, and not the water)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
I also chose to flavor my avocado ice cream with 0.5 tsp pure vanilla powder!
1. Share and seed avocado. Scoop out the avocado and place the contents into a bowl.
2. Remove the core of the dates and place together with the avocado. Add coconut milk and lemon juice. Also flavour with vanilla powder if you like.
3. Mix it all together with a hand blender until you get a smooth batter and pour over the ice cream in a plastic jar with a lid. Let stand in refrigerator at least 4 hours before serving.
